Six Sigma Master Black Belt training consists of one week of in-class training and separately one day of text and practice exam. Training targets to transform experienced Black Belts into consultant and facilitator by focusing on presentation/facilitation skills, leadership, meeting management and advanced statistics. Candidates who can demonstrate required skills during in-class practices and final exam deserves the “successful Master Black Belt Certificate”.
