Sigma Master Black Belt trainers are the cornerstone of a successful

involves a great deal more than just learning advanced statistical

skills to be a leader and a powerful change agent. In Six Sigma

In Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Master Black
Belts are company-wide Six Sigma Quality experts. The Master Black
Belt is qualified to teach other Six Sigma Black Belts, Green Belts
or Champions the methodologies, tools, and applications in all
functions and levels of the company. In Six Sigma Master Black Belt
is able to provide leadership integrating the Six Sigma approach
into the business strategy of the company, and contributing to
creating and carrying out the organization's strategic business and
operational plans. A Six Sigma Master Black Belt has personally led
multiple successful project teams.
Six Sigma Master Black Belt, the persons

techniques, six sigma training strategies and process improvement
metrics for the organization. As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt,
employee should have to expert in commercial quality, Six Sigma

Quality Leaders, also known as Quality
Managers and Master Black Belts, help Functional and Process
Managers set and lead the Six Sigma vision within their specific
areas. They maintain rolled up budgets, track business cost savings,

tools and methodologies. Training for Master Black Belts includes
detailed information about the concept, methodology and tools, as
well as detailed statistics training and computer analysis tool use.
Depending on the instructor, the duration is usually between three
and four weeks.
Six Sigma Master Black Belt training
consists of one week of in-class training and separately one day of
text and practice exam. Training targets to transform experienced
Black Belts into consultant and facilitator by focusing on
presentation/facilitation skills, leadership, meeting management and
advanced statistics. Candidates who can demonstrate required skills
during in-class practices and final exam deserves the “successful
Master Black Belt Certificate”.
