We have
understood the concept of Six Sigma; let’s try to find out the Six
Sigma Theory. In the 1970’s, Motorola was the first company to apply
Six Sigma Theory on quality of productions, which Motorola enable to
makes more and more profit. In 1995, GE also applied Six Sigma
Theory to improve quality. GE used Six Sigma to execute MAIC
(Measurement, Analysis, Improvement, Control) which made sure that
production achieved the quality standard. There
are three key elements of quality: customer, process and employee.

elements.
When a
company implements the Six
Sigma Theory, all
parts of the organization need to change their attitude. It is
significant for a company to conduct appropriate time and resources
to the program, and it is important to have the proper
data.
